Automatic Banana Plantain Chips Packaging Machine Video
This video shows the automatic packaging process for banana and plantain chips. The complete system consists of a Z-type bucket elevator, 10-head combination weigher, support platform, 420-type vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine and finished product conveyor.
Banana and plantain chips are first loaded into the hopper of the Z-type bucket elevator. The elevator automatically transfers the product to the 10-head combination weigher for accurate quantitative weighing.
At the same time, the VFFS packaging machine forms bags from roll film and automatically completes date coding, product filling, heat sealing and bag cutting. The finished banana or plantain chip bags are then transferred from the packaging machine by the discharge conveyor.
This integrated system provides an automatic process from product feeding and weighing to bag forming, filling, sealing and finished product discharge.
