As a source factory, we provide direct factory quotations and customized packaging solutions. Overseas customers are welcome to visit our factory.

Yes. We welcome customers from around the world to visit our factory in Foshan, Guangdong, China. You can inspect our production workshop, machine assembly, testing process and finished equipment. If you cannot visit in person, we can arrange a live video factory tour.

Our standard packaging machines generally support an MOQ of one machine. Customers can purchase a single machine or a complete automatic packaging production line.

Production time depends on the machine model, configuration, customization requirements and current production schedule. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed in the official quotation or sales contract.

Our quality management includes two important stages:

• Process QC: Quality inspections during manufacturing, including material inspection, component processing, machining accuracy, assembly procedures and electrical installation.

Each machine undergoes inspection and performance testing before delivery to verify that its main functions meet the agreed technical requirements.

Yes. Soonkpack provides machine testing before shipment to help customers verify the packaging performance before delivery.

There are two ways to prepare testing materials:

• Customer-provided samples: Customers can send their actual products to our factory for machine testing.
• Factory-purchased materials: If customers cannot provide samples, we can purchase similar materials locally for testing, subject to material availability and suitability.

During testing, we can check weighing accuracy, filling performance, bag forming, sealing quality, packaging appearance and machine operation.

We can also take photos and videos of the testing process and share them with customers for confirmation before shipment.

This helps customers better understand how the machine performs with their products before receiving the equipment.

Soonkpack has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and holds more than 30 patent certificates.

CE documentation and conformity support are available for applicable machine models and configurations, subject to the relevant requirements.

Yes. Soonkpack supplies packaging machinery to international customers and supports export arrangements to different countries and regions.

Machines are packed in suitable export-standard wooden cases or protective packaging for international transportation. Shipping arrangements can be discussed according to your destination and preferred delivery terms.

Yes. Soonkpack provides installation guidance, operation instructions and technical training.

We can initially provide remote installation support through videos and online communication. For projects requiring on-site assistance, overseas technical service can be discussed separately.

Soonkpack provides a one-year warranty for the complete machine under normal operating conditions, subject to the agreed warranty terms.

During the warranty period, we provide technical assistance for covered quality-related issues. Consumable parts and damage caused by improper operation are handled according to the warranty agreement.

Yes. Soonkpack provides one set of commonly used wearing parts and spare parts with the machine to help customers carry out routine maintenance and reduce potential downtime.

The included spare parts are selected according to the machine model and configuration. The specific spare parts list will be confirmed before shipment.

In addition, we can supply original replacement parts for future maintenance. Customers can contact our service team with the machine model, part number or component photos to identify the required parts.

Our after-sales service team provides 7×24-hour online technical support to help customers troubleshoot machine problems.
