The primary workflow is as follows: after the three ice makers produce the ice, a conveyor belt transports the cubes to the hopper of our Z-type chain-plate elevator, which lifts them to a specialized dual-head auger scale equipped with photoelectric sensors to monitor material levels. The ice is then metered by the auger scale. The SK-L780 packaging machine forms the bag, prints the production date, fills the bag with the measured ice, seals and cuts it, and discharges the finished product via an output conveyor.
