Description
How Does the 5–10kg Ice Packaging Machine Work?
The SK-L780 completes the automatic packaging process from ice feeding to finished bag discharge.
1. Ice Feeding
Ice is transferred from the ice-making system to the packaging line by conveyor.
2. Ice Elevating
A Z-type bucket elevator or suitable conveying system transfers the ice to the weighing system.
3. Automatic Weighing
The weighing system measures the preset target weight, such as 5kg or 10kg.
4. Roll-Film Bag Forming
The packaging machine forms the roll film into the required bag size.
5. Ice Filling
The weighed ice is automatically discharged into the formed bag.
6. Date Coding
Production dates, batch numbers or other required information can be printed on the packaging film.
7. Heat Sealing & Cutting
The filled bag is heat sealed and cut automatically.
8. Finished Bag Discharge
Finished ice bags are transferred to the output conveyor.
