This video shows the Soonkpack SK-L720 automatic packaging machine packing crushed ice into 3 kg bags.
The crushed ice is transferred from the storage hopper to the weighing system. The screw weighing system measures the required amount of crushed ice before it is automatically filled into the formed bag.
The vertical packaging machine then completes bag forming, crushed ice filling, heat sealing and cutting. The finished 3 kg crushed ice bags are discharged automatically for collection or further handling.
The configuration shown in this video is designed specifically for the packaging characteristics of crushed ice. Since crushed ice has a relatively low bulk density, the required equipment configuration and bag dimensions are determined according to the target weight and actual ice volume.
