  3. Automatic Packaging Host : Features a compact footprint of 1449mm in length and a working platform height of 1924mm. The total ceiling height clearance required for the complete tower is 3709mm.
  4. Take-away Product Conveyor : Extends 1340mm outward to deliver the perfectly sealed 5kg ice bags directly to your packing tables or cold storage rooms.

Q: Does wet ice stick or clog inside the machine?
A: No. The machine uses a steep-angled feeding chute and custom vibration feeders. Wet tube ice or cube ice slides down immediately without sticking or melting together before bagging.

Q: Is the machine difficult for workers to run?
A: No. It uses a standard programmable PLC touch screen with simple controls. Your remaining operators can learn how to change bag sizes and adjust speeds in less than two days.We can provide on-site installation and personnel training based on customer requirements.

Q: What ceiling height do I need to install this full packaging line?
A: According to the technical layout blueprint, the highest point of the vertical bucket elevator is 3709mm.
