The SK-L320 Tomato Ketchup Packaging Machine is designed for automatic measuring and pouch packaging of tomato ketchup and other liquid sauces. The video shows the machine packaging 14g tomato ketchup in three-side-seal bags.
The tomato ketchup is fed from a round storage tank into the filling hopper. A pneumatic pump accurately doses the ketchup according to the preset 14g filling weight. The packaging machine then automatically completes film forming, production date printing, ketchup filling, bag sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge.
In addition to tomato ketchup, the SK-L320 can also be used for meat sauce, chili sauce, salad dressing, vinegar, soy sauce, water, and other suitable liquid and sauce products.
Depending on the product and packaging requirements, the machine can produce back-seal, three-side-seal, or four-side-seal bags.
The actual packaging speed depends on the product characteristics, filling weight, and feeding method.

Packaging Process
- Tomato Ketchup Feeding – Tomato ketchup is fed from the storage tank into the filling hopper.

- Bag Forming – The packaging machine automatically forms the packaging film into the selected bag style.
- Date Printing – The production date or other required information is printed on the packaging film.

- Heat Sealing – The filled pouch is automatically sealed according to the selected bag type.
- Cutting – The sealed pouches are automatically separated by cutting.
