Compared to standard turntables, the customized version features a capacity optimized for 5kg packaging, delivering faster, more precise dosing. It effectively minimizes weight errors caused by ice adhesion, ensuring consistent bag weights, meeting standardization requirements, and fully aligning with the customer’s specified turntable dosing method.For the feeding process, we adopted a screw feeder, specifically addressing the industry challenges of ice slipping and adhesion. This feeder stably and efficiently transports ice from the customer’s existing ice output conveyor to the packaging machine, preventing ice damage and melting. It also seamlessly integrates with the existing ice-making equipment, eliminating the need for additional conveying systems, simplifying the production line layout, and reducing the customer’s modification costs

To meet the customer’s specific packaging bag requirements, we made targeted equipment optimizations: it is fully compatible with PE film of 0.06mm (6c) thickness, with adjusted sealing system parameters to strictly control sealing width.
