In response to the customer’s needs, we have carried out precise equipment selection and configuration. First of all, combined with the density and volume characteristics of tube ice, and through the actual measurement and adaptation of packaging bags, we determined to select the SK-L780 packaging machine host as the core equipment. This model is originally suitable for 5-10kg tube ice packaging with a reasonable bag size match. For the customer’s secondary 3kg packaging needs, it can be adapted by adjusting the bag size. Although the appearance is slightly affected, it does not affect the packaging effect and use at all, and can fully meet the customer’s diversified needs. After determining the core host, we matched a full set of supporting equipment according to the customer’s plant layout and actual production needs to form a complete automatic tube ice packaging production line. For the quantitative link, a professional screw double-head scale is selected to accurately control the weight of each bag of tube ice, avoid measurement errors, conform to the characteristics of tube ice being easy to adhere and slide, and effectively solve the problems of easy material blockage and inaccurate measurement of traditional measurement methods. For the feeding link, a belt-type stainless steel Z-type feeder is used, which is suitable for the plant space layout. At the same time, the stainless steel material meets food-grade hygiene requirements, is resistant to the low-temperature and high-humidity environment of the ice factory, and prevents rust and pollution. A 300kg capacity ice storage bin is configured for temporary storage of tube ice, balancing the continuity of ice making and the intermittency of packaging, avoiding tube ice accumulation or insufficient supply, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process, and realizing seamless connection between ice making and packaging.
After the entire set of automatic 3-10kg tube ice packaging machine is linked with the customer’s customized 5-ton ice machine, full-process automatic packaging is realized. The specific working process is as follows: The 5-ton tube ice machine starts ice making, and the produced tube ice is automatically transported to the 300kg ice storage bin; after receiving the transportation instruction, the ice storage bin accurately transports the tube ice to the feed port of the Z-type feeder; the tube ice is stably transported to the screw double-head scale through the feeder to complete quantitative weighing; then the packaging machine host starts and successively completes a series of actions such as bag making, tube ice filling, production date printing, bag mouth sealing and cutting, and finished product output; after the finished product is output, it is transported to the designated area by the finished product conveyor to complete the entire packaging process. When the tube ice supply is sufficient, this set of equipment can complete more than 3 tons of tube ice packaging per hour, efficiently matching the production capacity of the 5-ton ice machine and greatly improving production efficiency.
